REFUSAL OF PRIVILEGE – Any participating course has the right to refuse golf course or other privileges to anyone who is deemed to be in violation of this agreement and/or the course’s rules.

MEMBER PRIVILEGES – The Member’s home course privileges include golf and cart (if cart is included in the membership option selected) during membership privilege hours. Additional privileges include 10 day advance tee times, 10% off guest fees (for up to 3 guests), 10% off merchandise (excluding sale and special order), discounted rate for special events and 50% off range balls (if available at the home course). The Member’s visiting course privileges include golf benefits and/or discounted rates as outlined in membership collateral and on the golfphilly.org website. All privileges are subject to change, and expire 12.31.17.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – Each participating course will not be liable for any lost profits or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other special damages suffered by the member or his/her guests arising out of or related to this Agreement even if the participating course has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total cumulative liability of the participating course in connection with the agreement from all causes of action of any kind (including tort, contract negligence, strict liability, breach warranty and fundamental breach) exceed the total amount of membership fees paid by the member under this Agreement.
